Forward a booking, get your trip: how TripStow reads your emails
Travel plans arrive in pieces. A flight confirmation here, a hotel booking there, a train ticket as a PDF and a cruise itinerary from a travel agent. Finding the right one at the gate, in the right time zone, is harder than it should be. TripStow fixes that with one habit: forward it.
Your own private address
Every TripStow account gets a private forwarding address. Anything sent to it lands in your account, whoever sent it, so you can set up a rule in Gmail or Outlook once, give it to your travel agent, or add it as a CC in Navan or Concur.

Prefer not to set up a rule? Send bookings to plans@tripstow.com from any email address you have confirmed. We check that every email really came from you before reading it, so nobody can slip a fake booking into your account.
It reads the whole booking
TripStow reads airline, hotel, rail, ferry, car hire and cruise confirmations, including the PDF tickets, calendar invites and wallet passes attached to them. Forwarded emails, schedule changes, delays and cancellations are all understood, and a change updates the plan you already have rather than adding a second one.

Filed into the right trip, in local time
Each plan files itself into the right trip. Flights show departure and arrival in each airport's own time zone, connections are worked out for you, and the trip shows when online check-in opens. You also get a short email summary of what was added, or a note if something could not be read.

Why it matters
- No retyping flight numbers, times or booking references.
- One place for the whole trip, the moment you book.
- Your history builds itself: every trip also counts towards your map, stats and badges.
