Email hello@tripstow.com from the address you signed up with, so we can find your account. If a booking email was not read correctly, say which trip it was; please do not send passwords or card numbers.

You can change or cancel Pro at any time from Settings, which opens Stripe's secure billing page.

For a refund, or anything else about a payment, email hello@tripstow.com. Refunds are explained in the terms.

You can download or delete everything TripStow holds about you from Settings, without asking anyone.

For any other request about your personal data, including access, correction or objection, email hello@tripstow.com. How TripStow handles data is set out in the privacy policy.

Journalists, researchers and partners: email hello@tripstow.com. Facts, figures and images are on the press page, and the public flight data can be downloaded from Data and downloads.
