Terms of service

The rules for using TripStow, in plain English. The short version: your data is yours, check important travel details with your airline, and you can leave at any time.

About these terms

These terms cover your use of TripStow, the travel app at tripstow.com. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@tripstow.com. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Your account

You need an account to use the app. Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

What you send us

Your trips, emails and travel history stay yours. You let TripStow store and process them only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes.

  • Only forward emails you are entitled to share, such as your own bookings or bookings made for you.
  • Do not use TripStow to send spam, malicious files, or anything unlawful, or try to reach other people's data.
  • Your forwarding address is private. If it leaks, you can get a new one in Settings.

Free and Pro

The free plan has no time limit. TripStow Pro costs £3.99 a month or £29.99 a year. Each account can have one free 30-day Pro trial, which needs no card. When the trial ends the account returns to the free plan, and your data stays.

Paid subscriptions are not open yet. When they open, payments will be taken by Stripe, and these terms will be updated with how billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds work before anyone is charged.

We may change what each plan includes. We will not take away something you have already paid for during the period you paid for.

Flight information and accuracy

TripStow reads your emails automatically and shows flight information from other sources, including live flight data and US government on-time statistics. It can be wrong, late or incomplete. Always check times, gates and travel requirements with your airline, cruise line, rail operator or hotel before you travel.

Public figures on our flight, route and airport pages describe the past and do not predict how any future flight will run. TripStow is not responsible for missed flights, connections or other losses caused by relying on information in the app.

Public features

If you switch on a public profile, your past-travel totals and country list can be seen by anyone, and you may appear on the leaderboard. Share cards you make can be seen by anyone you share them with. Future trips are never public.

Closing your account

You can delete your travel data, or your whole account, at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes everything in it.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example by abusing the forwarding addresses, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Our responsibility to you

We work hard to keep TripStow running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, and may sometimes be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and tell you by email about any significant change before it applies.
