TripStow is free to use, with no time limit. TripStow Pro costs £3.99 a month or £29.99 a year (a 37% saving on paying monthly), and you can try it free for 30 days with no card needed.
Pro exists for the features that cost TripStow money every time they run, such as live flight data and AI email reading. Everything else is free.

- Standard email scanning, plus 10 enhanced scans a month. Enhanced scanning steps in when the standard reader is not sure.
- Day-by-day trips and a calendar feed. Local times, connections, and a private iCal feed for your phone's calendar.
- The scratch-off map, stats, badges and Year in Review. Your whole travel history, counted and coloured in.
- Check-in reminders. A nudge when online check-in opens for each flight.
- "Usually late" punctuality. How punctual each of your flights usually is, where there is enough data.

- The exact plane you are on. The tail number on the day, with its photo, age and history, added to your Hangar.
- Every flight timed. Real departure and landing times after every flight, so your on-time record builds itself.
- Your past year filled in. Planes and real times for the flights you took in the last twelve months.
- Planners who can edit. Let a PA, travel manager or partner add and change plans for you.
- Cruise ports found for you. Every port of call on your cruise, looked up from the ship and dates.
- Expiry reminders. A heads-up before your airline status or passport runs out.

Billing and trial questions
- How much does TripStow Pro cost?
- TripStow Pro costs £3.99 a month or £29.99 a year, in pounds sterling (GBP). Paying yearly saves 37% compared with paying monthly.
- Is there a free trial of TripStow Pro?
- Yes. Every account can try Pro free for 30 days, once. The trial needs no card, and TripStow emails you three days before it ends.
- What happens when the Pro trial ends?
- Your account goes back to the free plan. Your trips, map, stats and Hangar stay as they are. Pro-only features, such as live flight alerts and unlimited enhanced scanning, stop, and any planners you added can no longer edit until you subscribe.
- What stays free on TripStow?
- Forwarding bookings, trip building, standard scanning with 10 enhanced scans a month, the scratch-off map, stats, badges, Year in Review, the Hangar and Dock, check-in reminders, the calendar feed, travel partners who can view your trips, and importing your flight history. There is no time limit on the free plan.
- Why are some features Pro only?
- Pro features are the ones that cost TripStow money each time they run: live flight data, tail number lookups and AI reading of every email. Charging for them keeps the rest of TripStow free.
- How do I pay for TripStow Pro?
- Paid subscriptions open soon. Until then, every new account can start a 30-day Pro trial, with no card needed. Payments will be handled by Stripe, monthly or yearly.
- Do I lose my data if I stop paying?
- No. Your trips, travel log and everything you have added stay in your account on the free plan. You can export everything as a CSV file at any time.
