A trip planner that builds itself from your booking emails
TripStow is a trip planner that builds your itinerary from your booking emails. Forward a flight, hotel, train, ferry, car hire or cruise confirmation to your private TripStow address, and it becomes a tidy day-by-day trip in local time, with nothing to type.
It is for anyone whose plans arrive in pieces: a flight from one site, a hotel from another, a train ticket as a PDF. Forwarding and trip building are free.
How does it work?

Get your private address
Every account has its own forwarding address. Copy it, or set up a rule in Gmail or Outlook once so bookings are forwarded automatically.

Forward your confirmations
Send any booking email to it, from any sender, including your travel agent. Or send from a confirmed address to plans@tripstow.com.

TripStow reads the booking
Flight numbers, times, seats, hotel stays, references and loyalty numbers are read, including from attached PDFs, calendar invites and wallet passes.

Your trip is built
Each plan files itself into the right trip, in local times, with connections worked out. You get an email back saying what was added.
What kinds of booking does it read?
Airline, hotel, rail, ferry, car hire and cruise confirmations, from airlines, hotels, booking sites and travel agents. Attachments are read too.
- PDF tickets and itineraries
- Calendar invites (.ics)
- Wallet passes (.pkpass)
- Schedule changes, delays and cancellations, which update the plan you already have
What happens if it cannot read an email?
You get a note back with tips and a link to add the plan another way. You can also paste an email, upload an .eml file, or add a flight, stay, train or cruise by hand. Anything TripStow is unsure about waits in a review queue in your inbox.

Standard and enhanced scanning
Enhanced trip email scanning is TripStow's AI reading of a forwarded email. Standard scanning is the rules-based reader. Free accounts get 10 enhanced scans a month; Pro is unlimited. Enhanced scanning sends the email to Anthropic, the AI company, to read.
Questions people ask
- Do I have to give TripStow access to my inbox?
- No. TripStow never connects to your inbox. It only sees the emails you choose to forward to your TripStow address, or to plans@tripstow.com.
- Does it work with my travel agent's emails?
- Yes. Your private forwarding address accepts email from any sender, so your travel agent can send itineraries to it directly. You can also add it as a CC in tools like Navan or Concur.
- Is the trip planner free?
- Yes. Forwarding, trip building, standard scanning and 10 enhanced scans a month are free. Pro, at £3.99 a month or £29.99 a year, makes enhanced scanning unlimited.
- Does it handle time zones?
- Yes. Every flight shows its departure and arrival in each airport's own local time, with the time zone name, and connection times are worked out for you.
